  I wouldn’t recommend empire to anyone. My wife hit a pot hole in her Malibu and blew her tires and damaged her rims. AAA said they could tow it to the nearest Chevy dealership that was the closest. Specifically told them not to touch the vehicle until my insurance company got there. Empire quoted my wife 1300$ for 2 rims 2 tires and a front end alignment when I heard this I literally spit my coffee out of my mouth, as I knew they were trying to rake my wife over the coals. I told my wife we absolutely will not have them fix the car and I wanted it towed to my local repair shop. New quote from them 525 new rims new tires alignment out the door. As I tried to get my car towed they charged me a diagnostic fee of 105 dollars they were pissed we didn’t have are car serviced there. (Welp needs 2 tires 2 rims) well no kidding. Thanks empire. Not looping in my wife on your blown out of portion repair fees today.

  Friendly people working in the service department. The service was very quick, Alex explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle and what parts were needed and how long it would take to finish the job. Every detail he explained and the time frame it took to repair and service was exact. I am very pleased with Empire Chevrolet and my experience was a pleasure which is great because you usually do not get that kind of experience. I would like to thank the mechanic and Alex Bullins the service representative who handled it, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I really like dealing with people like him. Thanks to all the staff at Empire Chevrolet!!!!
